⚖️Half-Day Mediation $550 per party

The mediator’s fees include pre-mediation review of documents and pleadings submitted by each party and 4 hours of attendance at mediation.

If canceled or rescheduled more than 7 days from the scheduled mediation date, each party’s entire mediation fee will be refunded or applied to the rescheduled mediation. If cancelled or rescheduled less than 7 days from the scheduled mediation date, 50% of each party's mediation fee will be refunded or applied to the rescheduled mediation.

All mediations are conducted via ZOOM. After hours and weekends available. Time exceeding the reserved time will be billed at $300/hour to be split equally among the parties.
